9Round is seeking a Gym Manager to oversee operations at our East Amherst location, driving member experience, training excellence, and revenue growth. You will lead trainers, implement marketing plans with the owner, and ensure service quality.

The role requires hiring and developing staff, controlling expenses, maintaining cleanliness, and growing the franchise presence while upholding 9Round standards.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of 9Round Certified Trainer Program.
• Completion of all 9Round Corporate Training Modules.
• Training experience for personal or group fitness.
• Sales experience with demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet established goals.
• Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Physical effort required to carry out daily duties such as lifting supplies and gym equipment potentially in excess of 50lbs.

• Oversee trainers to ensure high-energy, effective workouts.
• Sell memberships and meet monthly sales goals.
• Develop and execute monthly marketing plans and social media content.
• Hire, train and motivate gym staff.
• Manage staff schedules and payroll-related costs to maximize profit.
• Maintain gym cleanliness and safety, and uphold franchise standards.
