Job summary

The Club Attendant at 24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing a range of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the club healthy, clean, and orderly. The role supports facilities staff and interacts with management and members to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cleaning across all areas, restocking supplies, handling minor repairs, and following safety and cleaning protocols. Travel between clubs may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months janitorial experience required.
• Stand, walk, and use hands regularly during shift.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.
• Travel between clubs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and dust walls, mirrors, countertops, glass, and windows.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors in all areas including locker rooms.
• Clean and dust all weight and cardio equipment.
• Restock supplies and empty garbage and recycling containers.
• Complete daily and weekly scope of work and special cleaning projects.
• Clean and maintain any wet areas (pool deck, pool, steam room, sauna) where applicable.
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs on equipment and assist with preventative maintenance.
• Report facility issues via Service Channel and report member complaints to the General Manager.
