Job summary

The Club Attendant at 24 Hour Fitness drives member satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and performing maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the facility healthy, clean, and orderly.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking, reporting maintenance needs, and assisting with minor repairs under supervision. This role supports a team environment and may involve travel between clubs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and dusts walls, mirrors, countertops, glass, and windows
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums floor of all areas of club, including locker rooms, weight area, cardio, office space, hallways, stairs
• Cleans and dusts all weight and cardio equipment
• Restocks supplies
• Empties clubs' garbage and recycling containers
• Completes daily and weekly scope of work as assigned
• Performs special cleaning projects as assigned
• Cleans wet areas of the club and maintains pool areas if applicable
• Performs minor cosmetic repair on equipment
• Partners with Facilities Technician for cleaning per PM guide
• Performs minor painting as approved
• Use cleaning supplies per product labels
• Report facility maintenance issues via Service Channel
• Report member complaints to the General Manager
