Job summary

Core Development & Management is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform day-to-day service and maintenance on cardio and strength equipment at multiple club locations. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and helpdesk tickets, while coordinating with the Facilities Manager to ensure a high-quality member experience.

Required are 1–3 years in mechanical/electrical service, a clean driving record, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of mechanical/electrical service experience.
• Experience working in a fitness club is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Dependable, responsible and proactive with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Repair out-of-order equipment and obtain staff sign-off.
• Communicate with Facilities Manager daily on progress.
• Meet KPI targets and maintain performance standards.
• Own the helpdesk ticketing system for assigned clubs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance walks of clubs and maintain supplies.
• Update schedules in Microsoft Outlook.
• Assist with construction, presales, and re-equipment projects.
• Manage company vehicle inventory and cleanliness.
• Document all work on warranted equipment and target warranty work time.
• Support other Facilities team members as needed.
