Job summary

The Little Gym in Arlington and Falls Church is hiring a Gym Director. This full-time role leads daily operations, teaches our proven curriculum, and builds a high-energy team focused on outstanding customer service and member experience.

You will hire and train staff, manage facilities, and grow membership while upholding safety and program quality. Salary base between $65,000-$70,000. Franchise ownership handles hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Background in child development or physical education and/or gymnastics is a plus.
• Customer service experience required.
• Management experience required.
• Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude.

• Teach GREAT classes based on our curriculum and teaching method.
• Lead a team to provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the location.
• Hire, manage, and train staff.
• Maintain facility and equipment; ensure safety and cleanliness.

Job Summary:

The Gym Director is a full-time career-level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym location(s) Arlington and Falls Church. Typically, the Gym Director reports directly to the General Manager of a specific The Little Gym location.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, manage, and oversee the training of staff
• Maintain facility and equipmentSell The Little Gym program to new customers
