Gold's Gym is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for members across all areas of the facility, including the gym floor, locker rooms, offices, and common spaces.

The role involves cleaning equipment, bathrooms, carpets, and lobby areas, while supporting the member experience and reporting maintenance needs to staff. Reliability and attention to detail are essential in this hospitality-focused gym environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with general facility cleaning and sanitation.
• Ability to clean gym floors, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Attention to safety and member experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean outside glass and interior mirrors.
• Wipe down equipment, doors, and floors as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors, stairwells, and staircases.
• Clean carpets and hard-surface floors as needed.
• Clean fitness equipment thoroughly.
• Clean bathrooms, including tiles, tubs, walls, sinks, and mirrors.
• Dust furniture and fixtures daily.
• Mop and sweep lobby floors.
• Sweep, mop, remove trash, and dust locker rooms.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms & locker rooms.
• Showers and floors
• Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper.
• Clean out lint and maintain general tidiness.
• Buff locker/lobby room floors as needed.
• Clean, maintain and organize cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, and vacuum cleaners.
• Ensure equipment is kept in good condition and stored properly.
• Clean vacuum cleaner bags or canisters daily.
• Stock carts with linens and supplies, keeping them organized according to training guidelines.
• Pick up debris on carpets and perform vacuuming as needed.
• Report maintenance or repair issues accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate professionally with gym staff and management.
