Crunch Fitness - Fitness Growth Capital is seeking a part-time Cleaning Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order throughout the club, both interior and exterior, while assisting members and guests as needed. Daily checklists ensure consistent standards and a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to policies, and a friendly, helpful attitude toward staff and members, with opportunities to participate in ongoing facility projects and trainings as scheduled by management.

Qualifications

• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong safety skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the interior of the club
• Maintain cleanliness on the immediate exterior of the club
• Assist with service to the members and guests, when required
• Daily completion of any itemized checklist of cleaning responsibilities as set forth by the general manager
• Maintain friendly and helpful attitude to all club staff, members and guests
• Know, understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards
• Remain aware of club facility concerns including downed/broken equipment and building issues
• Assist in all projects delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in Team Member Handbook
• Any additional tasks/projects as requested by Management
