Job summary

Dren Bio is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager, Training, Quality Systems to lead the GxP training program and act as the primary Training System Administrator for the eLMS.

You will oversee onboarding, content creation, and ongoing training delivery across GxP functions, while reporting metrics and ensuring compliance. The role requires at least 5 years in a GxP environment and experience with electronic training systems in the life sciences sector.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in a GxP environment, preferably in Document Control or Quality Systems with 2+ years in training.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience administering electronic learning management systems.
• Experience in life sciences or other regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage GxP training program within eLMS.
• Create and revise role-based training curricula.
• Onboard new employees and assign curricula in eLMS.
• Support SOPs and training materials with SMEs.
• Identify and implement digital learning resources (SCORM, videos, web-based).
• Provide LMS support and develop training content using instructional design.
• Facilitate GxP training and report training metrics.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections with training documentation.
