Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a GMP-focused laboratory technician in Cincinnati, OH to uphold GxP compliance, perform environmental monitoring, and maintain cleanroom equipment. You will ensure meticulous record-keeping and support calibration and validation activities as part of the QA-driven manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 3+ years' experience in related lab operations, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot lab equipment

Qualifications

• GxP compliance knowledge and documentation accuracy required.
• Experience with environmental monitoring and lab equipment maintenance.
• Ability to train laboratory personnel and support QA audits.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and detailed records and all documentation as required for compliance to GxP.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of the cleanroom manufacturing facility.
• Routinely perform the Environmental Monitoring sampling and/or testing of the sampled media.
• Support equipment calibration and validation.
• Report facility and equipment failure and alarms to laboratory management or QA team.
• Assist in training laboratory personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
