Job description

• Perform routine testing, including release testing, performance testing, analytical testing, bioburden testing, and environmental monitoring using GMP/GLP practices
• Perform data analysis and interpret results against specifications, validity criteria, and alert limits
• Maintain product and QC material inventories
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and stock testing materials
• Maintain and clean equipment; calibrate or submit items for calibration as needed
• Complete training in a timely manner and maintain training records
• Revise QC documents, including SOPs and QSs
• Participate in laboratory investigations and Out of Specification investigations
• Train QC analysts on test methods
• Test and release raw materials, sub-assemblies, or finished goods

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in a Biological Science or Chemistry
• 0-2 years of experience
• Working knowledge of GMP/GLP
• Intermediate computer skills
• Attention to detail
• May occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise manipulate objects up to 25 pounds
• May frequently or continuously lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise manipulate objects up to 10 pounds
• Directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements
