Job summary

Qualifications

• More than 5 years IT/business experience, analysis and documentation of business and technical requirements (required).
• Experience with software application implementations in a GxP environment (required).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, engineering, or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline client support and triage for systems in a GMP environment.
• Support validation activities, including SDLC documentation and IQ/OQ/URS/URD artifacts.
• Oversee vendor-provided solutions and upgrades; coordinate ad-hoc requests.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for project delivery and clarifications.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and allocate time across efforts.
