Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support in a regulated GMP/GxP environment.
• Preferred familiarity with laboratory and/or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in process mapping and modeling.

• Provide desktop and end-user support for computers, peripherals, and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Gather and document business and system requirements.
