Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC in San Jose, CA onsite seeks a gWMS Functional Expert to lead functional blueprinting for automated warehouse processes, including GTP picking and multi-deep storage, and to orchestrate end-to-end integrations with KNAPP KiSoft WCS.

You will author FSDs and SOPs, design data contracts, and drive FAT/SIT/SAT/UAT testing. Collaboration across Logistics Ops, IT, and controls engineers is essential to ensure robust warehouse execution.

Qualifications

• SAP EWM Extended Warehouse Management knowledge.
• Experience designing and validating complex WMS/WCS interfaces.
• Familiarity with goods-to-person automation and put-to-light workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional architecture and end-to-end process design for gWMS in a warehouse environment.
• Define interface specifications and data contracts between gWMS and KNAPP KiSoft WCS, including RESTful APIs and message queues.
• Author comprehensive functional specifications, SOPs, and user journeys; oversee FAT, SIT, SAT, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with Logistics Operations, Systems Engineering, IT, and 3PLs to ensure high availability of warehouse execution.
