Job summary

Omni Inclusive is seeking a Guidewire specialist to lead implementation and QA activities in a fast-paced environment in Texas. The role requires Guidewire ClaimCenter experience and certification, with ability to integrate with external systems and tools.

You will work with on-site engineers, review design documents, manage schedules, identify risks, and drive process improvements to ensure on-time delivery and quality of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Guidewire implementation experience and Guidewire technical certification.
• Extensive experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter integration with external systems and tools.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities.

Responsibilities

• To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
• To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues.
• Identify and flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies, DevOps, and Guidewire best practices. To ensure process improvement and compliance and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.
