Job Description:

1. Guidewire implementation experience and Guidewire technical certification.
2. Extensive experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter integration with external systems and tools.
3. Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, implementation of best practices, and perform Value creation and KM activities.
4. In-depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies, DevOps, and Guidewire best practices.
5. Ensure process improvement and compliance, participate in technical design discussions, and review technical documents.
6. Create project plans and keep track of schedule for on-time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
7. Work closely with the development team and on-site engineers to understand technical requirements and address technical issues.
8. Identify and flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address risks, and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
