Job summary

All American Roof Pros is looking for a dependable, hands-on Gutter Technician to join our Production team. You’ll perform gutter installations and maintenance on customers’ homes, with opportunities to assist in roofing, siding, and window-related repairs as needed.

This is a full-time role with an hourly pay range of $15–$22 based on experience. This is an outdoor, physically demanding position that emphasizes quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in gutters, roofing, siding, or construction is a plus—but not required.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential gutter systems.
• Assist with roofing, siding, and window repairs when needed.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools.
• Work safely on ladders, roofs, and job sites.
• Follow company quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with team members to complete jobs efficiently.
• Support other production tasks as assigned.
