Job summary

All American Roof Pros is hiring full-time Field Techs for a hands-on production role focused on gutter installs, with opportunities to help on roofing, siding, and repairs as needed. No prior experience required; we offer training and a clear path to advance through roles with paid pay steps.

Responsibilities

• Install 6" seamless aluminum gutter, downspouts, and gutter guard on homes.
• Assist on roofing, siding, and repair work when a crew is short.
• Perform gutter cleanouts and roof tune-ups for service customers.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools; keep the trailer organized.
• Work safely on ladders and roofs every day, in all weather conditions.
• Leave job sites cleaner than found; interact professionally with homeowners.

Job description

All American Roof Pros is hiring full-time Field Techs. This is a hands-on production role and the way most of our crew leaders started. You'll work mainly on gutter installs, and pitch in on roofing, siding, and repair work when a crew needs hands. No experience required — if you show up and want to learn a trade, we'll teach you one.

What you’ll do

• Install 6" seamless aluminum gutter, 2x3 downspouts, and gutter guard on residential homes
• Help out on roofing, siding, and repair work when a crew is short
• Gutter cleanouts and roof tune-ups for our service customers
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools; keep the trailer and truck squared away
• Work safely off ladders and on roofs, every day, in the weather
• Leave every job site cleaner than you found it
• Handle yourself professionally around homeowners — you're on their property

What you need

• Comfortable working at height on ladders; able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Show up on time, every day
• Experience in gutters, roofing, siding, or construction is a plus — not required
