Klaus Larsen Roofing is looking for a Carpenter/Service Technician to join our growing team. We have been in business for over 20 years, specializing in asphalt roof installation repair and siding, along with related exterior home improvements, while providing excellent service to the customer.

The Opportunity

Are you driven, reliable and professional carpentry service technician? Do you enjoy working with people and creating value? If so, we have a great opportunity for you! We are seeking motivated individuals to work in our busy and growing Production Department.

How You Will Contribute:

• Communicate with homeowners regarding repair and installation projects.
• Investigate, correctly diagnose and ensure successful completion of installations/repairs in a proactive and timely manner. This includes installation of Trim Boards, Small framing projects, trimming of skylights, window and door installs and other general and finish carpentry tasks.
• Must have demonstrable skills in general construction, finish carpentry, gutter install/repair work and experience using a metal brake-type of machine or mechanism
• Understanding of roofing techniques and methods of construction and installation
• Organization and effective time management; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in insulation installs is not required but desirable
• Creative problem-solving capabilities
• Providing excellent customer service and communication to customers and coworkers; professional demeanor
• Must have a valid driver’s license; able to safely operate a large box truck
• Able to lift or move objects weighing up to 75 pounds; able to work on ladders

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday work schedule, with limited or occasional evening and weekend hours.
