Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years in carpentry, construction, and/or gutters.
• Attitude: Positive and team-oriented with strong communication.
• Skills: Ability to work outdoors and on ladders.
• Commitment: Willing to work overtime and grow with the company.
• Bonus: Prior gutter services/installation experience is a plus.
