Job summary

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is seeking an experienced Gutter Installer in Raleigh to join our team. You’ll install seamless gutters, interact with clients, and contribute to the growth of our local franchise while benefiting from a clear career path and early pay raises.

What We’re Looking For:

This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with skilled carpentry, exterior construction, and/or exterior house painting experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Requirements:

• Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in carpentry, construction, and/or gutters
• Attitude: Positive and team-oriented
• Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work outdoors, ladder experience
• Commitment: Willingness to work overtime if needed and grow with the company
• Bonus: Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters (like us!) is a huge plus!

Compensation:

$20 - $34 + per hour

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
