Job summary

TruTeam is hiring an installer to carry out end-to-end installation of insulation and related building products in the Richmond area. You will follow work orders, adhere to safety guidelines, and ensure proper loading of trucks with materials and tools each day.

Responsibilities include site and vehicle inspections, safe unloading, and timely reporting of any safety or quality concerns. Occasional warehouse tasks and other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Install company products per work order, quality and safety guidelines.
• Handle insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, doors, windows, showers, and other products.
• Review daily schedule and ensure truck is loaded with needed products, tools and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage materials at the job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse duties as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
