Brothers That Just Do Gutters is seeking an energetic Installer for a hands-on hybrid role combining field work with customer estimates. You will assist with gutter installation and learn basic tasks, while also visiting homes to measure, photograph, and prepare quotes.

You will present pricing professionally and support the sales process with follow-ups. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required, and prior home improvement or exterior labor experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement, construction, or exterior labor preferred.
• Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical tasks.
• Able to interact professionally with homeowners.
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with seamless gutter and gutter guard installation.
• Learn and perform basic installation tasks (hand tabbing corners, carrying materials, ladder work).
• Visit customer homes to measure and document job scopes.
• Take photos and measurements to prepare accurate quotes.
• Present pricing to customers in a clear, professional manner.
• Support the sales process with follow-ups and scheduling.
