Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvements in Charlotte, NC, is looking for an experienced Gutter Installer to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail while professionally measuring and installing gutters according to manufacturer guidelines. You will work collaboratively with production staff to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining a clean work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards
• Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, precise finish
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every job site
• Collaborate with production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly
• Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site

What You Need
