The Brothers That Just Do Gutters in West Sacramento, CA is seeking an Apprentice Gutter Installer to join the Installer Track Program, offering a structured, professional trade environment for stability, skill, and growth. This role starts as an Apprentice and progresses based on skill and reliability, with paid tiers and clear advancement.

You will assist with installation, learn to use ladders and tools safely under a Lead Installer, and grow toward independent gutter work and leadership

Qualifications

• Must start at 7:00 AM sharp and show up on time every day.
• Reliable transportation and long-term commitment required.
• No drugs, no smoking on job sites; willing to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gutter installation, prep, and cleanup.
• Learn to safely use ladders, tools, and equipment.
• Train under an experienced Lead Installer.
• Progress toward independently cutting, hanging, and finishing gutters.
• Maintain a clean, professional job site; interact respectfully with customers and teammates.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
