Job summary

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is hiring a Gutter Installer in West Bountiful, UT. You will install gutters, communicate with clients, and deliver quality workmanship on every project.

We offer a performance-based commission structure, a clear path for raises and promotions from day one, and extensive Skills Ladder training to help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 2 years in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

What We’re Looking For

This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand.

• Experience: 2 years in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction
• Attitude: Positive and team-oriented
• Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Commitment: Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company
• Bonus: Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters (like us!) is a huge plus!

Compensation

$20.00 - $25.00 + per hour

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• 2 years of relevant construction/carpentry experience
