Gutter Installer

Experience is highly preferred, but not required.

Our company seeks a solid, committed installer to round out our crew. We run 2-4 trucks per day, installing gutters and leaf guards in the eastern two-thirds of Connecticut. We have a great track record of customer and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

• A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to interact with clients and other employees.
• Two years of experience in construction or sheet metal work
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
• Interest in growing with the company
• Willingness to work overtime
• Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation is a huge plus, but not required.

Compensation

Hourly or commission-based compensation is available. Most of our staff chooses commission-based to control earnings.

Apprentice Gutter Installer Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
