What We’re Looking For

This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Requirements

• 2 years in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company
• Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters (like us!) is a huge plus

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 + per hour

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• 2 years of relevant construction/carpentry experience
