Guardian Roofing, LLC is seeking a Lead Gutter Installer based in Wilsonville, WA. You will lead a two-person crew to install gutters and covers, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every job.

Responsibilities include teamwork, ongoing training, punctuality, and smart upselling during at-home visits. Valid driver's license and tools required; non-construction work focus applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of gutter installation experience.
• Proven ability to hand-cut miters.
• Experience with 5K, 6K and fascia-style gutters.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; background check.
• Excellent verbal communication; fluent in English.
• Experience on roofs and using power tools.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 75 lbs; commute as needed.
• Provide your own tools for daily work.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 2-person crew to install gutters and covers to high standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by correct first-time installation.
• Continue training to improve knowledge and craftsmanship.
• Be punctual and dependable; show up every workday.
• Make recommendations and upsell while working at a customer's home.
