MidAmerica Basement Systems is seeking an experienced Gutter Co-Foreman to oversee gutter installations, supervise a crew, and ensure safe, high-quality workmanship. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and adherence to company standards.

You will coordinate with the production team, review contracts, and ensure the customer’s home is left cleaner than before. This position offers growth opportunities and incentive plans based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 1+ years of gutter installation experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead by example and educate new employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the gutter crew.
• Load work truck with materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure ladders, scaffolds, and equipment comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Unload and clean the truck after job completion.
• Oversee training of new crew members.
• Build rapport with the crew and customers.
• Review contracts and change orders before loading products.
• Perform high quality gutter installations within designated timelines.
• Ensure quality work and safe practices on site.
• Communicate with customers throughout the project using company messaging.
• Keep customer homes clean and in good condition after the job.
• Coordinate with Production Manager and In-Field Trainer on job status.
• Deliver a remarkable experience for homeowners and employees.

MidAmerica Basement Systems, a leader in basement waterproofing and foundation repair is expanding to include gutter services and is looking for an experienced gutter Co-Foreman to assist the gutter crew. The Gutter Co-Foreman will be responsible for proper installation and customer service while working witha team to safely and efficiently install our top of the line Gutter Shutter products. JOB SUMMARY

The Co-Foreman will overseeeach production job to completion, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency while focusing on providing a remarkable experience for our homeowners! Our gutter solutions include repair and replacement of gutters, fascia, and rake board replacement as well as structural solutions including rafter and plywood repair or replacement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Provides leadership to respective crew.
• Loads work truck with materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensuring ladders, scaffolds, and equipment are used in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Unloads and cleans the truck once returned to the shop.
• Oversees training of new crew members.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Strong knowledge of gutter installation techniques with at least one year or more of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED required and 1+ years of experience in gutter installation or a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and necessary stamina to complete jobs.
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and climb ladders and stairs while carrying materials and products weighing between 40 and 70 pounds.
• Must be able to work some Saturdays when needed.
• Must be able to travel out of town and overnight when needed.
• Ability to move to / from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces
