The ideal candidate will serve as the team lead and mentor other service advisors while conducting additional duties as needed by the Service Manager. This position serves as the liaison between the customer and the service department. You'll be responsible for identifying, recommending, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for our customers.
A successful candidate will drive customer loyalty by following up to ensure their experience is top-notch.
