Job summary

A tech consulting company is seeking a GuptaSQL Tech Lead who will own the process of performing current state analysis of large IT systems. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong knowledge of Mainframe technologies and experience with GuptaSQL/Centura Team Developer. This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to document and mitigate technical challenges effectively. The position is long-term and offers flexibility in work locations.

Own the process to performing current state analysis (Validate system’s technical functionality against business requirements) of large IT systems and identify gaps and challenges.

Clearly document debt and create actionable plans to mitigate gaps and challenges.

Work together with Business Solution Architect and analysts to perform thorough analysis and designs.
