Job summary

Pharmavite is seeking a gummy manufacturing operator to run the gummy kitchen and dosing equipment, ensuring batches meet quality and food safety standards. You will operate HMI panels, monitor processes, and perform changeovers between products while maintaining logs and safety protocols.

• 1+ year experience in gummies or confectionery preferred.
• Fluent English reading/writing and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate gummy kitchen equipment and monitor HMI controls.
• Prepare batches per formulation and ensure quality and food safety.
• Move materials and maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Conduct hourly quality checks on color, weight, pH, and temperature.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment between batches.
• Record data and maintain logs.
