Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Direct and plan the work of mechanics by coordinating with Service Manager/Director of Maintenance.
  2. Assist team members in performing repairs, replacements, etc., on aircraft systems, airframes, or engines, ensuring safety and compliance with FAA and manufacturer specifications.
  3. Help ensure high-quality work, report faulty equipment or unsafe repairs, and address potential problems on customer aircraft.
  4. Be familiar with all technical publications concerning aircraft maintenance.
  5. Collaborate with shop and office personnel to ensure smooth aircraft transition.
  6. Proficient with shop test and maintenance gear.
  7. Observe safety procedures and maintain professionalism in customer interactions.
  8. Participate in customer interface with a professional attitude.
  9. Prepare aircraft and paperwork for final inspection by the quality department.
  10. Ensure work orders are completed and closed properly.
  11. Maintain a clean work area and proper storage of removed interiors.
  12. Monitor all team aircraft status and ensure shop equipment is stored properly.
  13. Own and maintain basic tools and test equipment.
  14. Support line personnel with aircraft movement.
  15. Perform other activities as approved by management.
