Overview

Solairus Aviation is currently seeking a full-time G650 and G500 Captain to join a multi-aircraft operation in the New York area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in performance and be a standout colleague. Essential Responsibilities/Duties

• Ensure the safe operation of G650 and G500 aircraft.
• Conduct flights safely and prudently, including:
• Reviewing aircraft maintenance status.
• Performing proper pre-flight inspections per the Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Checking weather and facilities along the route and at airports, including alternates.
• Operating in accordance with Solairus policies and Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Maintaining passenger, crew, and aircraft safety.
• Completing all trip paperwork accurately per current procedures.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 5000 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC): 1500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
• MEL PIC: 500 hours
• Turbo Jet experience: 500 hours
• Instrument hours: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications/Certifications

• Type rating preferred on G650 and/or G500 or comparable aircraft
• First class medical certification required.
• Availability to work on a call basis.
• Ability to complete ICAO international procedures training annually.
• Primary residence within the New York area.

Additional Information

Salary range information is based on market conditions and industry sources. Compensation varies from $50,000 to $500,000 depending on location, experience, aircraft type, duties, training, and account assignment.
