Job summary

gener8tor is seeking a gBETA Gulf Coast Program Manager to lead recruitment, partnerships, and program execution in Mobile and the Gulf Coast region. You will act as the face of gener8tor locally, coaching founders, building mentor and investor networks, and driving program success across two cohorts annually.

You will manage logistics, track KPIs, engage with stakeholders, and actively participate in ecosystem-building activities to strengthen entrepreneurship in South Alabama.

Qualifications

• Residence in or relocation to Mobile, Alabama is required.
• Deep commitment to the Alabama startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving.
• Highly organized self-starter capable of multi-project management.
• Flexible schedule with some nights and weekends for events.
• Willingness to travel occasionally around the region.

Responsibilities

• Recruit startup applicants and lead selection for two cohorts.
• Develop relationships with mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners.
• Lead base-building efforts and engage key investors and mentors.
• Schedule and attend office hours with startups.
• Run two accelerator programs per year and manage logistics.
• Coach founders, track KPIs, and report program metrics.
