Qualifications

• Residence in or relocation to Delaware to engage in the startup ecosystem.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic, hands-on team player willing to take on various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multiple accelerator programs per year.
• Recruit, vet, and select high-potential startups for the program.
• Act as lead coach and advisor for participating startups.
