Job summary

Logoslabs is seeking an Arabic (Gulf) language specialist to help shape the next generation of AI. You will work with Gulf Arabic phonetics, morphology, syntax, and cultural references, testing model outputs and documenting failures to improve reasoning.

As a contractor, you’ll provide your own setup; the pay is hourly and ranges from $8 to $65, determined by experience and geography. Remote work from the United States is supported, with mid-senior level expectations and a focus on linguistic

Qualifications

• Degree in Linguistics, Middle Eastern Studies, Translation, or related field is ideal.
• Experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work is a plus.
• Clear, metacognitive communication - show your work - is essential.

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model in Gulf Arabic across a wide range of topics.
• Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompts and evaluation metrics.
