Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Repair Technician (Guitar) to provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments and assist in store inventory care. You will deliver quality workmanship while enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities include servicing instruments, maintaining gear, completing warranty work, and collaborating with staff to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Experience with guitars and a passion for music are valued.

As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and to assist in maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work.

• Training: Able to effectively train learners and communicate info and techniques so that they are retained.
