Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Guidewire Technical Lead to drive delivery across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and GWCP, with hands-on development and strong leadership to manage onsite-offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Guidewire, including hands-on PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Strong experience with GWCP, cloud upgrades and modernization.
• Proficiency in Gosu, Java, SQL and Guidewire integrations.
• Experience leading onsite-offshore delivery teams.
• Understanding of Property & Casualty insurance processes.
• Agile delivery experience in enterprise environments.
• Certifications in Guidewire Cloud, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and support of PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Drive GWCP upgrades, modernization, environment management and cloud adoption.
• Provide technical leadership across production support and releases.
• Design integrations between Guidewire and enterprise systems via REST/SOAP.
• Mentor Guidewire developers and coordinate onsite-offshore teams.
• Support release planning, deployment, performance, and production stability.
