Job summary

You will design, implement, and configure Guidewire modules, collaborate in agile teams, advance platform modernization, and champion best practices in observability and CI/CD. A strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years IT experience across diverse technologies.
• Deep understanding of the P&C insurance domain.
• 5+ years hands-on Guidewire experience.
• Experience with Guidewire cloud integration and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement integrations between Guidewire and external systems using the Guidewire Integration Framework and APIs.
• Design and configure Guidewire modules tailored to client business requirements.
• Lead development of system, technical, and product standards within an Agile delivery framework.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and propose comprehensive solutions with architecture diagrams and design documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and engineering teams to evolve platform design.
• Apply expertise in observability, IaC, Agile methodologies, and software testing best practices.
