The position requires deep Guidewire ClaimCenter knowledge, P&C insurance acumen and experience leading global engineering teams through architecture, integration, cloud, release management and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7–12+ years in software development/architecture roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide distributed engineering teams across the full software development lifecycle.
• Drive architecture design and implementation, including Guidewire configurations and integrations.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Recruit, develop and manage engineering staff and contract resources.
