Job summary
Arch Insurance Group Inc. seeks a Manager, Software Development (ADM) to align technology delivery with business objectives in the Claims domain.
The role blends hands‑on technical leadership with Agile Program Management across globally distributed engineering teams. The successful candidate will drive architecture, Guidewire configuration and integrations, cloud implementations, production support, and release management throughout the full software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in software development/architecture design with PM/BA experience.
- 7+ years in Guidewire Claims Center implementations and support.
- 5+ years of management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and align technology delivery with business objectives in Claims domain.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and Agile program management across distributed teams.
- Oversee architecture, Guidewire configuration/integrations, cloud deployments, and production support.
- Guide engineering leads and contractors; influence technical direction and delivery.
