Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter professional to steer the design, development, and delivery of PolicyCenter-based solutions. You will collaborate with business, architecture, QA, product owners, and offshore teams to ensure scalable, high-quality applications.

You will apply hands-on expertise in PolicyCenter, Gosu, PCF, data model, and integrations, with emphasis on performance tuning and AI-assisted development to boost productivity and delivery speed.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, Gosu, PCF, Data Model and Integrations.
• Experience with GUnit, Gosu scripting, Guidewire Profiler and performance tuning.
• Expertise in code review, branch/merge management and release support.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
• Lead PolicyCenter development and technical design activities; review requirements and define implementation approaches.
• Perform code reviews, release coordination, and production support; troubleshoot issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, deployments, and post-production fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
