Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter development and enhancement activities
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical design solutions
• Configure and customize PolicyCenter using Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Rules, Workflows, and Product Model
• Design and develop integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP web services
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices
• Support release planning, deployment activities, and production issue resolution
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
• Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend solutions
