Job summary

Machine Intelligence Technologies LLC in Columbus, OH seeks a DevOps/Guidewire specialist to design and maintain pricing logic within Guidewire PolicyCenter. You will work with Java, Gosu, and SQL to implement data models, rules, and integrations, while optimizing CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java, Gosu, and SQL with hands-on development experience.
• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter data model, rules, and integration.
• Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud deployment practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain insurance pricing logic using the Guidewire rating engine.
• Configure rating and pricing in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Collaborate with team to deliver DevOps CI/CD improvements and deployments.
• Work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Job description

Skills: DevOps Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Guidewire Policy Center

• Strong technical skills in Java, Gosu (Guidewires proprietary language) SQL, along with experience in Guidewires data model, rules, and integration technologies.
• Familiarity with web technologies, CICD pipelines, and Guidewire Cloud deployment practices is highly desirable.
• Rating and pricing configurations in Guidewire Policy center.
• Working with the rating engine to implement and maintain insurance product pricing logic.
• Commercial Insurance Domain knowledge is desirable.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Project management certifications, agile certifications will be an added advantage.
• Completion of L3 training in Guidewire Policy center certifications
