Job summary

ValueMomentum is seeking a Guidewire Data Architect – Databricks with 10+ years of experience in the US property and casualty domain. You will design data architectures, implement Guidewire data integration with Databricks, and drive analytics initiatives for core insurance workloads.

You will work hands-on with CDA, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, and modern data platforms, contributing to data governance, data modernization, and cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Guidewire Data Model and Databricks integration using CDA and other mechanisms.
• 4+ years of experience implementing end-to-end cloud-native data solutions on Azure and Databricks.
• Experience with Databricks, PySpark, Azure Data Factory and modern data platforms.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing, BI, Analytics, ETL/ELT, and Kafka.
• Understanding of Data Mesh, Data Products, DataOps/MLOps is a plus.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with Guidewire Data Model and integrating Guidewire data into Databricks using CDA and other mechanisms.
• 4+ years of experience implementing end-to-end cloud-native data solutions using Azure and Databricks.
• Strong experience with Databricks, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, and modern data platforms.
• Experience in data architecture, data modernization, data governance, and migrating on-premise platforms to the cloud.
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing, BI, Analytics, ETL/ELT, and Kafka.
• Knowledge of Data Mesh, Data Products, DataOps/MLOps is an added advantage.
• Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to identify AI and advanced analytics opportunities using enterprise data.
