Job summary

You will provide technical leadership to junior Guidewire professionals and assess feasibility with offshore teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role involves hands‑on CC development, production support, and close collaboration with onsite and offshore teams to resolve incidents and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter deployment and integration with third‑party services.
• Hands‑on Java development experience and SQL/DB2 knowledge.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior Guidewire associates.
• Experience coordinating onsite/offshore delivery and production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop integration solutions with third party services for ClaimCenter.
• Provide technical leadership to junior Guidewire associates.
• Coordinate onsite client interactions and offshore execution to meet requirements.
• Manage and communicate team status to onsite management.
• Support Guidewire ClaimCenter in production and analyze defects.
