Job summary

Old Republic Commercial Risk is seeking a Guidewire Architect to collaborate with senior Technology and Business leaders and apply broad Guidewire architecture experience to support a strategic initiative. You will lead the design and deployment of Guidewire solutions (Policy, Billing and Claims), establish governance, and help align Guidewire capabilities with business needs.

The role is hybrid, based in Blue Bell, PA, with on-site days and opportunities to mentor teams while advancing cloud,

Qualifications

• Extensive Guidewire architecture experience across modules.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud and Center components.
• Mentored developers and led architecture governance.
• Proven ability to align technology strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of Guidewire solutions (Policy, Billing and Claims).
• Establish governance to ensure successful Guidewire implementations.
• Communicate Guidewire strategy and align IT initiatives with enterprise goals.
• Develop target-state architecture and roadmaps for modernization.
• Prototype new technologies and drive DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to set architecture priorities.
