Hotel Equities is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Houseperson to join our team. The role supports hotel operations and aims to deliver exceptional service, ensuring clean, welcoming guest rooms and public areas in line with brand standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning assigned spaces, restocking supplies, and communicating maintenance needs to departments. Flexible hours, with weekends and holidays as needed; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Professional and courteous guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces per hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish supplies, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness and report issues promptly.
• Respond to guest requests with courtesy and urgency.
• Communicate room status and maintenance needs to appropriate hotel departments.
