Job summary

Sincere Hospitality is actively hiring a Housekeeper to help maintain cleanliness and order throughout the hotel, ensuring a positive first impression for guests. The role reports to the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager.

The day-to-day tasks include greeting guests warmly, thoroughly cleaning guest rooms and public areas, stocking closets, and following established safety and cleanliness protocols to meet brand standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be available to work morning shifts.
• Must be available to work on weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a courteous and helpful manner, addressing inquiries and needs.
• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned to established standards.
• Maintain housekeeping closets and carts in an organized state.
• Complete assigned rooms within the allotted time to meet check-in schedules.
• Report maintenance issues or lost and found items promptly.
